So slow all the time not worth the money. Odered takeout for 810 and was not ready until 830- charged us $40 for 2 burgers that are hardly edible because they were done 15 minutes before the rest of our food, no thanks! Literally go anywhere else, doesn't take 20 make fries?

Not sure when Five Guys got lazy and started smashing their burgers down and heating g their oil so high that the fries are always burned but this was a bad experience. I won't go here again the burger looked like something thrown together from McDonald's.

Friend had told me these were better than In n Out so i had to try them out to start the bag had grease leaking out only to find out when opening the burger and burger buns drenched in grease or oil who knows. The build of the burger was not good either it looked like they compressed the sandwich to make it fit in the foil. The taste was not pleasant either the grease or oil had a bad flavor like it was from past made burgers or dirty grill. Price was very high for 1 burger although it was a heavy sandwich it was not pleasant to eat. 2 stars because it was somewhat edible still

Good food. Service was nice. But I was late picking up my order and it still took them 5 minutes to start making my order. I order ahead so it can be ready when I arrive. I make sure to check when my order will be ready so that I don't arrive to soon. I do understand things happen but it was late and it would have been better for them to say it wouldn't be ready until a later time
