Dunkin' - Aurora

They are literally always closed. Pulled through the drive thru at 2:40 pm on a saturday. Closed. Why??

They are the worst Dunkin donuts. I went there to get my morning coffee. I went through the drive through at 4: 58. And they didn't open up til 5:15 am. But the sign on the window says they open up at 4am. They even made my coffee wrong.

I visited this morning and I must say that the quality of service during the morning hours has significantly declined. When I approached the speaker, an employee greeted me with a very dry "good morning" and then paused for quite a while before finally asking for my order. When I reached the window, she quietly informed me of my total, and seemed a bit confused when I requested her to repeat it. After I handed her my card, she just walked away, closing the window behind her. When she returned, I gave her my card and received my order, but after she handed back my card, she just walked off again without a goodbye or any wish for a nice day. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. In contrast, I’ve had nothing but great experiences in the afternoon, where I've interacted with the incredibly sweet teenage girls working those shifts. I would rate the afternoon service a 10/10, but unfortunately, the morning shift gets a 0/10 from me!

Dunkin', you are my go-to spot for a hot cup of coffee in the early morning, especially in Boston. The coffee is consistently hot and fresh, and the drive-thru service is quick. I just...

They seem to be closed quite frequently, even during the afternoon hours of 1 or 2 PM, which is quite unusual. There's been a sign stuck to the drive-thru speaker and in the drive-thru window as well. When they are open, the service is incredibly slow.
