We had our order delivered and the Chicken Alfredo Pasta had a big piece of sharp plastic in it!!! When we called to let them know about this, Alex just hung up on us. When we called back, both Alex and Jake claimed we we're only trying to get a free pizza, told us not to call back and hung up again.This is ridiculous the customer service sucks! I've never been treated so rudely before.

We ordered the pasta. one of the worst things I've eaten for a long time. it usually came cold, sauce was dried out, it looked like it was sitting on a warmer all day. never again. it was a total waste of money.

Ordered pizza (online wait time was 30-40 minutes), waited over an hour, called store and was informed that delivery times were running between 2-2.5 hours because it was understaffed. Had to cancel order (ordered at noon, expected delivery was 2:30PM) was told I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
