Chipotle Mexican Grill - Aurora

I had the worst service of my life at this location . I know it’s Aurora but please I’m paying for my food , Hispanic ladies having a bad attitude when request for a better service .. it would be a different story in a white people neighborhood. ?

They will forget almost everything on your order even if you order ahead online. Want a burrito? You will get a bowl full of whatever ingredients. Do you not waste your money at this location. They started cleaning their food cooking equipment at 8pm when they close at 10pm so they decided to not include tortillas with my Burrito since they were cleaning early.

By far the absolute worst Chipotle!!!Super super slow employees, everyone from the kitchen to the register. Nobody knew what was going on!! Literally took 30 minutes for us to walk in order and get our food. You all need to shut it down and start completely over with actual trained employees who want to work. Horrible!!!!

Did not add all toppings. Tacos sucked. For the price. Once shame on you. Twice shame on me. Won't happen again! 26.00 for 3 awful tacos!

The food was not complaining about it, but the service was terrible. a young person who seems to be about 18-19 with bleached blond hair was extremely rude. not only was he whispering and to other workers in front of me he also went to splash the utensils. please put them workers who care about their job instead of employees like him.
