Chipotle Mexican Grill - Aurora

A chain is a chain just like any other. But it's the people who live and work behind the counter that make the difference at each chain, each store, each day. To wake up every morning, to stay up every night. Just like every other person in their daily grind. I feel so many lose sight of it all, as each one of us has good or bad days that lead good or bad reviews. While there's always room for improvement, always. It's the simple fact each tries to have a better day and pass it on even if it isn't shown in the same ways or tones. But to always be aware of each person that made up a part of that line to make, prepare and ring up that food we all wait for each and every time we all wait in line.

The food is good but the distribution of the products needs to be improved. I bought a burrito and when eating I only ate rice on one side. The next bite only meat, the next the vegetables. It would be great to enjoy that divine experience of all the well-distributed products, the staff who serve you somewhat poorly, sometimes I understand that we don't have good days. But not all the time it doesn't hurt to receive the client with a gratifying smile and make it a better experience.
