Wait staff are friendly and attentive, prices are good and the food is about average (not bad, but not the best Mexican option, but this opinion is subjective). I really love the hand carved bench backs and overall atmosphere of the place.

Restaurant was clean. Food was good and portions were huge. My quesadilla had onions in it which were not listed on the menu, I have an onion allergy. Our waiter was nice, but didn’t speak English well enough. I asked if the peach sangria was sweet, he said no. So I ordered it. It was so sweet I couldn’t drink it. My husband ordered a blue margarita and received what appeared to be a regular sangria. We hardly touched our drinks, which should have been a clue. No one asked if we enjoyed our meal.

We stopped here on our way out of Aurora today. I had the shrimp tacos and my husband had the pork burrito! He said the pork had an amazing flavor and melted in his mouth. My tacos had a wonderful flavor and the shrimp were cooked to perfection. They were not tiny as many I have had in the past, they were actually larger than most shrimp tacos! I did not like the corn tortilla but that is my preference. Their pico was amazing as well as the side sauce(can't remember name) that came with it! We will return in the future!

Food was great but menu is identical to Valle Escondido Mexican Grill. Could be the same owners. Food was just as good as the other location though.
