Panera Bread - Aurora

I do not recommend ordering curbside from this restaurant. The food never seems to be ready, despite the staff claiming it is due to understaffing. There are always very few customers in the restaurant and the workers appear to be standing around. The food itself is tasty, but as it is a chain restaurant, the menu is the same as other locations nationwide.

Excellent customer service. I'm not from here and needed to make a command from the far away. everyone was very helpful. manager tony is excellent. He did everything he needed to help me.

Have a weekend deposit order at this place, everything was nice for travel packed. the staff was nice and friendly and the food was good. kid friendliness: they will serve the children at this place and they expect them to eat all their sweet food before they eat cookies. parking space: limited parking spaces are available. Accessibility: this location corresponds to the ada.

Although I do not expect 5-star service or dine at Panera, I have been disappointed multiple times by receiving food that was expired on the day of or the day before. For example, I recently received a salad that had expired on August 12th, which was unacceptable. I would advise everyone to double-check the expiration dates before leaving the restaurant.

This is the biggest Panera Bread I have ever been to. The staff was really wonderful. I have never ordered through an LCD monitor before, but it was simple to use and my order was ready quickly.
