Starbucks - Aurora

This location had very helpful baristas and I enjoyed the patio set up they had.Edit: the baristas are still awesome and very friendly!

Starbucks is great, but had a terrible experience at this location which I find odd since Starbucks is usually king of customer service.I ordered on Thanksgiving Monday on the Starbucks app around 830 am. Showed up at the location and the doors are locked. I went around to the other side and saw two staff members inside. I flagged one down and she wrote on a piece of paper that they don't open until 9 am. Fine. I flagged her to come outside because I couldn't see how to refund the order or switch it to another location. I could already tell by her body language that she was upset with having to come and speak to me.She came out and I explained this to her and in a rather rude way said that they don't open until 9 am and that if I want a refund I'll have to wait until they open. It was about 840 am at this point.Now, I understand that people make mistakes. They didn't indicate that they were open later on the app (pretty sure you can do that, some other locations weren't available when I ordered) and they didn't put a sign on the door to indicate different hours until after I asked. Also fine, I wouldn't complain or leave a bad review as a result, mistakes happen. But to come out and be rude to a client because of an error on the businesses part? Not appreciated or professional.Starbucks 10/10This location 1/10 for customer service.

This is my absolute favourite Starbucks to go to! The staff is always incredibly welcoming, patient, and friendly. Especially with Covid, they are respectful and always follow physical distancing practices. I've never had a less-than-par drink and I can tell they're made with care and precision. Thanks for all your lovely service that makes my day! :

I ve been frequenting this location for over 12 years! Always great service and consistent coffee product. Friendly, clean and a great location. Not a lot of seating inside so perfect in the summer where you can sit in the outdoor areas of the plaza.
