I had to wait a while for my food. Understandable. When I told them they didn't give me a biscuit with my chicken sandwich combo, they told me combos don't come with a biscuit. I pointed out that the sign says the combos come with a biscuit, but they refused to give me a biscuit and were pretty rude to meI Don't think I'll be back. You can see clearly in the photo that combos are supposed come with a biscuit.
Food will always be good cause it's Popeyes.But the staff is very mediocre at best when it comes to understanding the difference between a combo and a platter and the amount of food that comes with it. Multiple times I've come to this location and have almost been scammed.Just make sure you check your order before you leave.
*Make sure you triple check your order before leaving the drive thru* Have ordered here several times. Food is always 7-8/10, but service has been steadily declining. Multiple times now orders have been missing items, nothing like getting home to discover several sandwiches are missing. The last experience was so bad we will never return. After missing food items on previous orders, this time I triple checked the bag before driving away. But after working a 13 hour shift, my tired brain didn't immediately realize that I received NONE of my drinks. Although I had been parked for 15 minutes and had paid extra for large bottle of apple juice. I realized it after driving home and starting to remove stuff from the car. I drove back right away, calling the store the whole time but they refused to answer. I arrived at 9:35, the store says it closes at 10pm. They locked the doors literally as I walked up. I knocked on the door and yelled through that I didn't get my drinks. They couldn't figure out how to unlock the door and had me walk to the closed drive thru window. The young man who opened it was at least nice and apologetic, however I was upset after having yet another wrong order and having to drive back for my items. There was a manager standing behind him the entire time, I asked to speak to her and get some sort of refund or something but she refused to come talk to me! The young man said I would have to come back tomorrow and speak to a different manager. And they weren't even supposed to be closed yet!!! Unbelievably horrible customer service.
Incredibly slow. Sat at drive thru speaker for 5 minutes with no cars in front of me and proceeded to the window where I sat for nearly 10 minutes before having payment processed.
