Chuck’s Chickn Plus - Aurora

Chuck's had a 6/10 rating, but the sides were not very generous. The service was rated 2/10, but could improve. Good customer service is important. The food tasted like KFC, but perhaps people should just go to KFC instead since it's better.

I tried this restaurant for the first time and was impressed by their delicious fried chicken. The recipe is similar to Popeyes but less oily and more flavorful. The portion sizes are larger than Popeyes, which I appreciated. I also enjoyed the mozzarella sticks and fried dill pickles, which were tasty and fresh. The only downside was the wait time, even though I pre-ordered, I still had to wait 20 minutes. Despite this, I will definitely be returning.

My son celebrated his 19th birthday over the weekend and he was craving fried chicken. Chucks is the nearest restaurant, and I am thrilled that we decided to give it a try. The chicken breast was juicy, the breading was light and flavorful. My husband and both teenagers agreed that they would never go back to KFC or Popeyes again! The fries were also delicious.

I was in line, patient. Guy in front finished, as I was about to speak, in comes the Skip the Dishes guy. I was pushed to the side and they served the Skip the Dishes guy. Litterally ignored me even after i voiced my displeasure....I will take my business somewhere else. Any place that would bump a customer who was there first for big brother, not my place. I will keep my $10..

I was on the run so to Chuck's today for lunch for takeout. I had the chicken wrap and fries. Chicken wrap was okay could have used going under a hot press to give it some texture. The fries were coated, not what it look...like in the picture, but they were okay. It came with the macaroni salad I do not recommend it. Might go back in a pinch but I doubt it.
