Bidra med feedbackOff the beaten path for Masters esst, but matched us just as well as no waiting. The food was delicious, some of the best I had. Well plated and delicious. The restaurant was shut down, but not dirty. I would definitely put it on the list instead of waiting for 2 hours on the Masters Drag
Great food, good service. Big portions, came fast and hot.
I've always had fast friendly service and the food here is always great. The chips have always been fresh. I also love their salsa's. Highly recommend Los Cabos to my friends.
I grew up near the US Mexico border. Since moving to Georgia, a decade ago, I 've tried every Mexican restaurant in the CSRA. Few have satisfied my pallette for authentic Mexican food. Los Cabos is one of those few. Located in the heart of downtown, it is easy to locate, with ample parking in the back. Although not highly advertised, this restaurant has been serving Augusta for a very long time. I guarantee your food will always be made with the freshest of ingredients. The portions are generous, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable. Their menu has a wide variety, including all of the standard favorites, and standard authentic dishes, plus their own fabulous specialty dishes. They have a kids ' menu, which includes American food options. There is a small bar, inside the restaurant, and they do serve liquor. However, the restaurant is definitely family oriented, and suitable, for all ages. There is a large, outside, covered patio area, which can accommodate small private parties, including the use of their excellent sound system, and DJ service. It 's also a great place for couples, or individuals, to enjoy patio dining on a warm summer 's day, although inside dining is always available. I once wandered in, solo, on Cinco de Mayo. The owner quickly approached me, and insisted I join a party taking place on the patio, where I enjoyed music, wholesome company, and free hors d 'oeuvres. The restaurant is always clean. I usually sneak in the back door, to pick up my to-go order, right before closing time. Even with no customers, in the restaurant, employees can still be seen following appropriate sanitary procedures. This restaurant is locally owned and operated. It has been maintained, by the same owner, during all the years I 've been dining here. I have found them to be very nice, down to earth, hard-working people, who will go out of their way, to cater to their customers. This is the only restaurant, in Augusta, who has always gotten my order correct. It is also the only restaurant, here, where no one has ever been rude to me, or made me feel obsolete. If you do a browser search, for this restaurant, and include the word 'menu, ' in your search string, you can then click on 'images ' results, to find photos, of their full menu. They currently accept cash, debit, credit, and mobile pay (I 've never noticed if they take personal checks or not. Casual dining Call-in orders accepted for takeout My food is always ready when I arrive for pick-up.
Dinner time while passing through, we wanted Taco Salad and outdoor seating. Found Los Cabo’s and drove to it through a couple interesting neighborhoods. We were able to get a table outside. We had good service throughout dinner. We got a Fajita Salad and Loco Taco Salad. Both were good with the fajita salad being the better one. The Loco Taco Salad was too gooey overall but had a good flavor. Neither of us were fans of whole baby carrots in the salad. One stops here for the food as the location and ambiance are very lacking in enjoyability.
