Dunkin' - Augusta

Have never had coffee made wring and always friendly services through the drive-through.

I do drive through only. Is not my preferred location but closest to home, and much better than the next closest. They are efficient enough, but not all as friendly as a couple. One gal on the speaker sounds cold and cares less. Some are cheerful. Some of the food has been sitting a while, even occasional donuts are a little older than fresh, but over all, not a bad location. They'll do.Parking: Small lot, but never too full. Always spaces available.

I’ve found the worst Dunkin for Service in Maine. It’s here in Augusta! Forget orders, play on phones, walk in circles. Only care about drive thru. Disregard people waiting at counter and then screw up your order after waiting 15+ minutes! Cheers!?

Just absolutely poor service. Absolutely poor excuse for any customer service. Only 1 star for the review because the lady at cash register had such a impressive sigh! like being salty cause you had to take my coffee order!#Bare
