Chick-fil-a - Augusta

DO NOT BE FOOLED: this chick fila is a FAKE! It's an underground supplier that is POSING as the coveted Chicken Fillet establishment!!! I knew from the moment I pulled into a shopping mall parking lot that I was either going to leave with chicken or leave with a bullet in my leg (heck, if I'm lucky)! LUCKILY, my suspicions we're incorrect, and after pulling into the Chicken Fila toll booth, the lovely associate took my order and someone from another Chick-fil-A drove over here and brought over my order (grilled nuggets BTW). The wait wasn't too bad (which is the reason there is more than one stars) but alas I would reserve a visit to this particular Chick-fil-A only in an CHICKEN emergency!!

I finally found the right time to go without waiting the line forever and that's between 2:30-4:30. The service was fast and professional. The food was fresh and hot.

They are always friendly and they never mess with God thanks to I have always loved my desires also on a busy day

First, the personal is always friendly, as the CFA workers should not be compliant there. whether eating is hot and fresh is a 50/50 chance. my favorite drink at the participation in cfa is a frosted coffee with biscuits and shaking base, in a round a coffee milkshake. this place is the only one that ever gave me a problem. I ordered this special drink at this place almost a dozen times and one day I tried to order it and I was told that they did not do it at this place. the next time I tried to order it again and she gave it to me. next, the same guy told me the last time I had delivered my drink (a manager) that they couldn't do it for me. as a former CFA worker, our motto was always for the hospitable to do what we could. there's no reason they can't make my drink. not only that you have to say that they can't do it from the same guy who didn't even bring me a week later. the only reason I go to this place is because it is the closest to my house, but definitiw not my first choice.

Very rude person on register.. she scanned my points for hashbrowns and then told me it’s a breakfast item. i was confused why she scanned it knowing it was a breakfast item. i lost 200 points and have yet to get those points back. the girl on register laughed at me when i told the manager that she took my points and they did nothing about it.haven’t been to augusta one since. went to mcdonald’s instead, you’ll get much better service there.
