Bidra med feedbackExtremely arrogant and unfriendly boss, totally unprofessional in dealing with clientele and corresponding criticism, gives a quasi-understanding that you should no longer come and be too stupid for your program.
Show a lot of arthouse movies. Cinema is also nicely comfortable and there is also a great sound. Perfect!
The Liliom has a very nice beer garden and a restaurant. However, the operation was not particularly polite, which has negatively influenced the atmosphere. I had ordered a ratatouille for 13 € and got a small soup dish full of uncooked vegetables in a coconut milk sauce. It was cute and no bread was served. From the service I was left to stand half the food, not asked how it tasted me. I gave the numbers a polite feedback. The waiter has barely listened to me and has only nested on his card reader and instead of going to my feedback in any way or saying that he is sorry that I didn't taste it and he will pass on it, he just said quite beat: a lot of fun in the movie. I was really disappointed by the rude service and poor cuisine and will not come back soon. I worked as a student in Liliom, which is why I really care. It's really a shame to see what happened.
Disabled, very arrogant and superb!!! This type of business or You shouldn't support cinema! You better go to Thalia. My partner and I wanted to go to the movies. When buying the cards then the incredible enclave: I have a disabled ID with the symbol B (accompanied person). The very nice ticket seller has printed us 2 discounted tickets. I then told him that the companion has always been free. Just like in all other cinemas in Augsburg. I then referred to the provision of the Federal Government (no duty or law) that the accompanying person should have free entry. I wanted to pay the discounted price when the ticket salesman wanted to ask the managing director again. Then his big show came. I'm sorry. Okay, I don't care... because of me, too, mayor. I tried to explain to him again that it has always been. 14 days ago at the last visit. He interrupted me and said to me WOLLEN YOUR ACTIVITIES. I wondered about the incredibly arrogant appearance and the sharpness in the tone. He then also told WIR HABEN STRESS AND SOLCHE LEUTE WIE BRAUCHE WIR HERE and pointed us to the house. Even the ticket salesman said to his boss that we didn't stress and we just asked. So please don't support the incredible, arrogant guy and go to Thalia.
My favorite cinema in Augsburg, great atmosphere, good movies, little advertising and Mr Liliom in the cinema. A nice bar and restaurant. Look forward to the next movie
