Caution We booked a room from September 9th, 2023 to September 10th, 2023. However, there was no room available on the day of arrival. The owner came after half an hour and showed me a booking request from us for September 27th, the date had been deleted from the email. This email was from 2021 and there were no rooms available at that time. They claimed we had reserved at a later date. The booking confirmation I had with me and the correspondence history were shown as incorrect. A simple “Sorry” we unfortunately made a mistake would have been OK. But to attribute the mistake to us with almost criminal energy is audacious. I'll never ask here again.
