Shake Out Browns Bay - Auckland

When I'm looking for a burger I know will be fresh, look like the picture and yum, this is where I go. It may be a bit dear on the wallet but I am always happy with the food and service. Mad respect to the stuff that have to deal with customers who can't deal with the no customisation policy or needing to use a tablet at the counter.<br/ <br/ Big props to the legend who held her cool while being verbally abused yesterday from a giant angry man who just acted like a tantruming child. It sucks knowing that even that guy got a great tasting burger hahaha.<br/ <br/ Keep up the good work team!

Grabbed lunch here and had my usual which is the chicken burger and it was super fresh and yum like always, definitely recommend and hope they get even more branches around Auckland cause they do the best burgers :

Such an amazing new franchise to have opened up. My partner and I loved the food the cheese sauce is amazing!! Burgers are fresh and premium ingredients used. The food gets prepared and made very quickly, we got our food within 10 minutes! The location is convenient as it’s only a short walk from the beach. The restaurant itself isn’t very inviting hence my rating but the food itself is delicious. Would highly recommend trying out this spot if you are after food to take away but for sitting in be sure to try the Takapuna store.

We decided to check out Shake Out for national cheeseburger day as they had a buy one get one deal going on! I am extremely picky about my burgers and I absolutely loved this burger. It was full of flavor and juicy in all the right ways. Loaded with fresh toppings it was delightful. The fries were also tasty since we grabbed the cheesy fries. I would suggest the cheesy fries over the regular fries as it gives them a little bit more flavor. The cheese sauce is more like a queso so it had a little 'kick ' to it I would say. The only issue we had was with our shake. It was not extremely thick and tasted like bubblegum which was strange because we just ordered a chocolate shake. I am not sure if they gave us the wrong shake or something but it was not my favorite and I do not think I would get a shake here again. Our order would have also been almost $30 but with the free cheeseburger it was only about $20. For the amount of food we recieved I don 't know if we would go back again as it was quite expensive for everything. However, if you do go at LEAST grab a cheeseburger and maybe two instead of getting the shake. For the price the cheeseburgers are worth it, trust me. I was seriously impressed with the burger and will recommend grabbing a burger.

The best burgers in town! Chicken burger is the bees knees! The cheese fries are also amazing, this is a cashless joint so remember to bring your plastic!
