Excellent find in Auch. After hiking 35km along the Chemin de Compostelle, we were famished for something hearty but not greasy. We had delicious gourmet burgers and a healthy salad, served quickly by a very friendly proprietor. So glad we stopped in here instead of at one of the more expensive options in the main square!
