Kfc - Auburndale

This place does and awesome job of serving their customers! This is a high customer KFC and the staff serve them as quickly as possible. If there is something wrong with your order, they correct it. The food is always good. And the lemon cake is awesome!

Arrived there a little bit before lunch time there was a line of cars that was out to the street for the drive-thru.We literally sat there 5 minutes without a single car moving. I was stuck in the parking lot, unable to pull out so that I could leave and ended up being late getting back to work because of it. I can't rate the food since I was unable to get any. I think this is totally unacceptable for lunch time

Will the dining room or the buffet ever be opened again? Other restaurants seem to manage it. Even make it cafeteria style with you to decorate the food would be great. Have really missed the buffet since March 2020. When you opened the dining room, it was worth 5 stars. I notice that your dining room is open, but your buffet sign has been removed. Will the buffet ever come back? Even cafeteria style with you serving would be very appreciated.

Worst service (inside) I had ever been at a KFC I did not be back. Staff speak loud. I hope the owner will be aware of this before it is too late.

Line is always long for a reason. Food is fresh, good and packed neat. Please leave the long line not to stop you.
