Buen Pollo - Auburndale

I was in town for the day and decided to come here for the first time yesterday. As soon as my friend and I walked in, the girl in the front was extremely rude to is and unapologetic about it. She was rushing us to place the order, didnt care to help us. We finally got our food a little bit after waiting and she got our order wrong. Instead of apologizinng and fixing it, she replied back in attitude and then told my friend he grabbed the wrong drink... why? BECAUSE SHE DIDNT HELP US OR GIVE US ANY INFO ABOUT WHAT CAME WITH OUR MEALS AND WHAT DIDNT! to make it worse, she never came back out with the correct tacos, she stayed in the kitchen talking and joking but she was allll nice to the only other customer that was there. She was just rude for no reason at all. As a small business owner, poor customer service will really drive your business down the drain. Never coming here again and certainly do not recommend. The tacos werent even all that good!

First time eating from here, and all I can say is that the chicken is good. The rice and the beans were meh!. The name (Buen Pollo) does fit the taste of the chicken.

Incredible chicken. The flavor is outstanding. I am at odds about which chicken style has the best flavor. I love the Ranchero color and robust taste but the spicy chicken is amazing. Seating is sparse. Take out is the better option.

Absolutely delicious Ranchero Half-chicken. Random search for Mexican style food and chose this one. Sinaloa home style in a mom and pop shop setting, hard to beat.

Get the mesquite grilled chicken! Fantastic. Friendly people, reasonable prices, great food.
