Ordered here today and got ice coffee with cream and it was 98% milk and 2% coffee. Asked for it stronger she made it 95% milk and 5% coffee. What makes it worse is she became visibly INFURIATED that I still couldn’t drink it after the second attempt to fix it.

They were delicious just like I remember. The locations closed in St Louis. It was a great treat Only one person working, cookies seemed fresh. I look forward to having some next time I come. Chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin are our favorites.

The lady working was so incredibly rude. I asked if she could accommodate my dietary restrictions and she ignored me and made me pay for a drink i didn't want. The cookie i bought also came broken. She couldn't tell me any products or their price while i was ordering. Please contact me. I wish to have a refund or compensation
