Johnny Rockets - Auburn

Disgusting attitude towards people. Burgers are not bad, fries are cold. left a tip for one amount, and the staff corrected this amount and charged 3 times more from the card. Do not recommend

The the location management is poor. Ever since I’ve gone they haven’t had lemonade, peanut butter shakes, vegan shakes, onion rings. The lasts 2 times I’ve gone they didn’t have napkins or forks. I’ve tried giving the location a second chance but I would just recommend going to another place. Plenty other places that are cleaner more affordable and better staffed. The poor waiter was doing at least 10 tables on his own a couple weekends ago. The manager needs to step it up or get fired it’s been like that for years now.

After a long day of shopping with kids we had dinner at the outlet mall location of Johnny Rockets. The food was delicious. Everything was as we ordered it, hot and fresh. Enrica got our order exactly right and the food came quickly. She was professional, polite and so sweet-especially to the kids. We’ll definitely be back!

At the mall we were looking for a place to eat and thought a burger would be nice. We walked in and looked for a table to sit at but it looked like a Sasquatch was in charge of cleaning. Over half the tables were unoccupied but not a single one was clean. I figured if that's the attention they pay to cleanliness in the dining room, I don't want to know how bad the kitchen is. We left and found another place to eat. One star because I feel like a health inspector would spend a week filling out the paperwork here.

Unfortunately this is the second time my wife and I have been let down by this location. The first time my wife wanted fries so we ordered fries to go, waited 30 minutes and no fries, we just left as they didn’t even take payment when we ordered. The second time was on a Thursday. The time was around 6:45pm, the place was dead, walked up to the counter and was told “We are closed”. What’s weird is their own door says they close at 9:00pm, google and apple say they close at 8:00pm, and the worker said they close at 7:00pm. Get it together. I know this isn’t the workers fault; this stems from poor management and communication. Worst Johnny Rockets location I’ve ever been to.
