Domino's Pizza - Auburn

Pizza box completely smashed when it got here toppings stuck to top of box.

My boyfriend order wings with Buffalo sauce and when he came back home soon as we open it , it was plain wings no sauce what so ever I'm just like this is not what we order so my boyfriend called and he called on a good nice manner she was being so rude and offer to just go back and give us the sauce like what? By the time we drive back wings are going to be cold CRAZY ! He tried to ask for her name so when we go in we ask for her she instead refuse to give her name and hanged up we called second time to ask for a manager and that person said manager was speaking so we explained the whole situation come to find out she said it was her who answer the first call asked her why she hanged up said if you want to argue we can argue in person so rude and unprofessional!!!! She needs to be fire how is it that we get BAD customer service for a order THEY MESSED UP !!!! SomeoneWith a good customer service would apologize and fix the order to satisfy their customers not be rude and argue with a customer will not be coming back to this store !!! And everyone that was there bad customer too basically telling us to leave oh but vice versa if they were on our shoes I'm pretty sure they would be upset about their order who wantsTo get home with a order messed up and get treated bad for a order they messed up!

I am sooooo tired of every pizza from here being EXCELLENT!! We literally made pizza Friday with dominos a routine thing? Kudos to the staff who ALWAYS make it happen! *Happy dance* everytime! ????

This location is consistently disappoints with the amount of toppings on their pizzas. Whenever I see Kelsie is preparing your pizza on the Dominoes App, I know the toppings are going to be skimpy. They also frequently forget to put toppings on the pizza that I pay extra for. With that said, their pizza is just alright when it comes to satisfying a quick pizza craving.

Beyond disappointed, I usually just stick to Costco pizza but tonight ordered here. I can't believe they would serve suck s quality of a product. Called in manager Joe what's wrong with it. Pizza are burnt way over cooked dry amd taste like s Sorry about that blah blah blah I will make sure my staff does better. First off mr manger you made the damn pizza according to the tracker and should know how horrible of a job you did and then still sent it out for delivery. The flavor and taste just made me want to cut my tongue off for how poorly executed my order was made. Yalll need a better store manager and crew. Not to mention this 8 dollar delivery fee.
