The staff here are incredibly kind. I've been ordering from them frequently while I work, and they even surprised me with a lovely little cake as a thank-you for my orders.
The staff was extremely accommodating! I called to request specific changes to my meal since the app didn't allow for modifications, and I received a warm and friendly response. The employee was very polite and helpful! The food was fantastic!
I rarely write reviews for fast food restaurants, but I felt compelled to share my experience. The woman on the drive-thru speaker was incredibly friendly and professional. Gabby, who served me at the window, was also professional and very kind. My food arrived quickly, and it was fresh, hot, and beautifully presented, complete with pickles and everything. Everything looked fantastic. Great job to this KFC team and their manager!
The chicken was delicious, and the young man who served me had excellent customer service.
