Taco Bell - Attleboro

As far as taco bell's go, this is a good one. The food is always made as expected and none of my orders ever have anything missing or wrong. Lately they've been understaffed. But despite that pressure, orders are still made correctly even though ittakes a little longer. I'd rather wait a little longer to have great service than have it be too fast and terrible.

I went out my way to complain look at this $9 nachos combo at least my drink and soft taco was good cause this bean nachos is crazy for the price

I don't think it's fair to write a taco bell as it compares with others to other Taco shops and Mexican restaurants. taco bell is a fast food chain that would be like a mcdonald’s to compare with its backyard grill. but if one compares this taco bell with other taco bells, this is definitely apart. they are always open when they say they will be! that's huge! the staff is usually quite polite, even if it can come at 3:00 a.m. the line, but it is not ridiculous for a late night taco bell especially when many other restaurants around them lie around them around their hours and near early. this taco bell gets an a

DO NOT COME HERECASHIERS TRY TO STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AS WELL AS THE FOOD BEING AWFUL AND MADE INCORRECTLYTime of incident 8/17/2022 1:31:05pm cashier Jada D. Placed my order at the drive threw paid and was handed the wrong change and I didn't notice till I got to the second window because something did not seem right I thought I was suppose to get more so I checked the receipt. To my knowledge 1 quater and 1 penny does not equal 72 cents. . I told the other employee of what happened at the second window and she was really helpful and went an got me my change as well as apologizing for the mistake. When she got back Jada D said she was pretty sure she gave me the right change (not 100 percent positive )which she did not . Its pretty embarrassing when you try to steal customers money at the window hoping they drive off an do not notice . It wasn't the first time this happened either. There was some other employee that was working a few weeks ago an when I asked for my change he said oh yeah right i forgot then asked if he could keep it . In my honest opinion they should give the woman who was helpful and who displayed proper customer service skills some credit for potentially saving a customer. This location has really went down hill since I've first started coming here . Definitely not coming back for a while if at all for the issues they've had . Just make sure to check your change before you leave

I was taught that never say is that it or what else when a customer is ordering food. The fact that ordering food became a rush, and no hospitality what so ever...when applying to the job you was excited.
