Bidra med feedbackBathroom was in bad shape. Hadn’t been cleaned recently, trash in floor and the toilet paper holder was dangling from the wall while the spool of toilet paper was resting on the handrail. Chose not to eat there.
They shorted me food. in addition asked for receipt said in bag. Down the road ten miles found no receipt. The woman window has a problem with white folks.. extremely rude and does not understand business etiquette. Place is Dirty, needs health dept review. Does not know word thank you or appreciate your business. Employees need training, people skills.
We are traveling from TX to SC. We saw Hardee’s and got excited because we don’t have one in TX. We placed 3 different orders. The customer service is horrible and restrooms were filthy and only one stall had toilet paper. The employees had attitudes. Two orders were made but the biscuit was hard and something hard was in the other sandwich. When the 3rd order was about to be placed, no one wanted to take the order. The cook then said that he just made 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and he wasn’t making anymore. All the employees play the I’m not making the biscuits. Therefore I asked for my money and went next door to sonic. If the employees don’t want to work, give the job to someone who would. If this is the type of service your company provides, I see why many locations are closed.
The food was pretty bland, the dining area was dirty, despite the restaurant being slow. The drink machines were both out of order. I would expect better from Hardees.
If you are hungry and want a good burger, Hardee's is the place to go.
