The menu they crafted was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, reflecting the careful planning that went into every detail along with accommodating to all our needs and constant changes during our planning. They helped create a wonderful ambiance that added to the overall magic of our wedding. Our guest truly enjoyed them just as much as we did. Justine, Vince, and Travis was fantastic to work with!I want to thank GHI from the bottom of my heart for your work individually and as a team toward making our surprise party for my dad night an outstanding success.First, from the first email I received from Justine in response to my initial query about GHI catering, you were engaged, responsive, and professional. It was always a pleasure to communicate with you as you made your expectations clear and easy to follow up on.Second, the food was just amazing!!! Our guests felt that way, too. And my dad of course loved the BBQ! Thank you, Vince. I have fond memories of going downtown with my mom to the tasting, where we met you and learned that you were Justine's brother and also that you were a family business with a long history.Third, I enjoyed working with you, Travis, in preparing the slide show and the playlist, both of which were fabulous. And at the event, you were a terrific emcee keeping things moving along and adjusting the script just the right amount here and there to respond to the group.

Best caterer in town!! We planned our wedding in less than 4 months and Linda from GHI played a huge role in helping us pull it off!! I did not know where to start and Linda answered every question patiently, quickly and thoroughly. We changed our guest count a few times and each time I reached out with the new number, we got the updated proposal soon after. The tasting was great, we were able to taste our full menu for the wedding and it tasted amazing, we changed what we wanted (which was very little). Linda and the team were very accommodating with each request. On the big day, Kim (manager) and her team arrived on time and ready to work. My coordinator and the manager went over the seating of the ceremony, cocktail hour set up and the reception to make sure everything was accurate. Everything was executed extremely well and without problems. It was exactly how we dreamed of it. The entire GHI team served us and our guests and handled every request. The bar staff was so fun and personable and my husband and I were waited on hand and foot all night long. We didn't expect to be treated so well but we did not have to want for anything. Whenever, our hands were empty, someone from GHI brought us drinks, even on the dance floor!! The cleanup was done quickly and everything was left how we found it. 10/10.I can't recommend GHI enough!! Thanks again!!

From the very first interaction, the service and support I received was exemplary. I had only a general idea of what I wanted for a corporate year end celebration, and the GHI team was able to work within my budget to create an amazing menu with the variety we needed, as well as wonderfully delicious options to fit our dietary restrictions. The crew that managed the event on the day was phenomenal. I was relaxed could completely enjoy the event because they were so prepared, well organized, professional and efficient. I cannot say enough great things about GHI, so you just need to try them for yourself! Highly recommended.

GHI catered the reception after my mother's memorial service. Justine coordinated everything with the church, which was a great relief to me. She was so helpful in planning the menu and all the small details. The servers were polite, kind and gracious. And the food was delicious!
