Bidra med feedbackThe service was great, and I was greeted with a welcoming smile and pleasurable service. The food was seasoned to perfection, and the portions were definitely worth the money.
It's the history of this place for me!The food is still good, the people are still friendly please be patient because there is a line a lot of times. But it's worth the wait if you ask me.I will say if there is a line, it can get a little warm while you wait, but I think they noticed adjusted the temperature.I ordered a veggies plate a rib tip plate. The Mac cheese was disappointing but everything else was pretty good.Our server checked on us consistently as we dined in we had TEMONADE to drink. (their version of Arnold palmer)...Which was great!Other than that, this place is still a historical gem!Parking: Parking can get hectic at times so it's best to get there early especially on the weekends!
The Fried Chicken was too salty today, especially the skin. The first bad experience eating fried chicken from the beautiful. I was quite disappointed. I got two plates with fried chicken, my husband was disappointed with his food as well.
Food is always good. Staff is generally nice, patient and helpful. Most def glad to have them in the neighborhood. Im a single dude that doesnt cook much, so I am able to come here and consistently get fed well. However, I dont eat bone in meat so it would be nice if they had boneless options more often besides fish. They have a slammin baked spaghetti i wish they would serve daily or at least more often. I love meatloaf and rarely see that as an option either. Im leaving this review after I just had to leave due to them only having fish for boneless options. I hated to take my money elsewhere but big daddys dang near next door has meatloaf everyday so i had to come here.
First time visiting. Food was ok, kind of bland. Not nasty but not soulful. My servers were nice other young lady wasn’t so nice to customer before me.
