Taco Bell - Atlanta

I ate thru and took pictures of my five layer and there was no sour cream. or nacho cheese I paid extra. for extra sour cream and there was none at all . ive yet to check my 2nd burrito.

Gorditas did not taste fresh. Didnt receive cinnamon twists

This is a side of Sour cream? horrible portion sizes also, I paid extra to get a soft taxi supreme and it only had the normal cheese and lettuce on it

Absolutely terrible customer service. in the last 6 minutes it was 3 times. 1. times, I ordered in the app for this location, got a confirmation number and was calculated. they said they didn't get the order and couldn't give me my food. I'd have to order and pay again. second time, went through the drive well before closing. he waited about 10 minutes for the loudspeaker, said hello, bleeding the horn, was never greeted. the third time it was told to the speaker that they only command the app or doordash. went to order on the app and they had not made their location available. I also ordered a handful of time from here through doordash. every time something is missing. Today more than half of our order has disappeared. who had noticed a fountain drink in the restaurant. they said they were from this special drink and refused to replace it with another drink. looks like they're going out of that to give a bad experience. the prices are also higher than other taco bells.

I love this taco bell until today. they have my order wrong, so I took it back, and I think they gave me an old dry soft dish. which is scratched around and it is cold. bad service
