Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Atlanta

This place should be renamed, popeyes but they get what we have, menu irrelevant. their order is based on what they have or want them to have. the wing should get the breast. too often only what is available and most of the paints that contain huh. if a huh at all.

An hour waiting is 1 thing. but when you see how the workers wipe their face and the hair with the hands and then with the same hands smuggling the hair into the crates. I'll call the health department tomorrow morning.

When I entered the restaurant, I noticed that the chairs were stacked on the tables and collecting dust, which led me to believe that there was no food being served. The menu signboards were not functioning, so the staff had placed a laminated menu on the counter instead. The kitchen appeared to be clean and organized, with no visible dirt or chaos. I ordered an $8 lunchbox with spicy chicken breast, macaroni and cheese, fries, and cake. Unfortunately, the macaroni and cheese were not fresh - they seemed to be either leftover from the previous day or spoiled. This significantly detracted from my overall dining experience. My suggestion would be for the restaurant to improve their product rotation practices to avoid serving dishes like the gummy and congealed mac and cheese I encountered.

Not sure what is happening During the Pandemic....Its so hard to get Fresh Seasoned Food from any where. Including this Popeye's....I'm just a loyal customer as I love spicy Chicken and the New Frozen Strawberry Lemonade.

Only one star taken cuz that door needs to open when the cars are lined up out into the street. Your vaccines, I'm vaccines, we are all masked... open the doors! The driving parking has always been bad there, though. No defined driving signs, lines...nothing. The drive thru line can lock you in. Otherwise, good service, good staff.
