Ribs were a bit charred on the bottom. So I could only eat the top. Waitress was occupied by this 1 table so I couldn't return.

Our server was perhaps the most awesome woman we had ever had. The food was remarkably delicious for a longhorn. Usually you can expect a certain quality with chain restaurants. But here, there was unmatched quality. The line chef, Johnathon, cooked steaks for my friend and I that left us genuinely baffled. Their $5 jack and cokes were more jack than coke so that was also fun.

The prices at Longhorn are kind of insane for what you get. Also compared to Outback the food just isn't as great in my opinion. Service was also pretty slow, took forever to get refills and condiments. Was almost done with the meal before they came out. The server was super nice and funny but overall the experience wasn't the greatest.
