The food was decent. The robot adjustment system is a great pain. Instead of a person who takes your order, it is a robot. The robot has no screen and often gets the order wrong. Even if you want two jobs, then you have the robot at the beginning or it will not leave you. The robot order is very frustrating.
For the time of the day, I am not surprised at the line, but the service was really bad. We had three separate small orders, but only two because the woman who took the orders was so rude. She even tried to get us out of line without the second order when we came to the window. This place had the fastest line from all Fast Food Spots over there, which is the only reason we left.
It took too long to be cooked and handed over to me. Probably because there were no other customers. You now have an automated customer who was unlikely to hear and experience. The automated Intercom does not process your order correctly due to the slightest noise in the background.
Food temperature Burgers were icy cold! Fish sandwiches looked and tasted as if microwaved on a 3 (three) second timing! Pies were like warm. I was so disappointed by this Moreland Avenue 30316 location! Normally everything is perfect! What's happening now? It was my favorite location! Had I known, I would not have spent over $35.00 cash! Lesson learned! No more! Unsatisfied customer!
