Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream

Loved the experience here. It was pretty neat to see how the ice cream is made. I feel like kids would love this experience. Personally, the ice cream was alittle too sweet for me but it still enjoyed the experience.

The ice cream was terrible, the place is super dirty, and staff seemed high, but that isn't the reasoning for my 1 star. The issue is we watched the stoned cashier knock the entire stack of medium sized ice cream cups onto the floor, ask a customer to pick them up, place them back on the counter, and then serve ice cream in one of these floor-cups to a customer who came in just after they were retrieved from the ground.

Staff was great, but the birthday cake recipe needs work. Why put the pop rocks in beforehand so they've already popped before you eat it? I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars because the owner responded to my concern in less than a day and I appreciate that!

This place is bright, looks fresh and there were lot of flavors to choose from. The ice cream that my kids got were great except there was a long hair in one of the ice creams that totally put us off. This experience is from today. To the manager Pls have your staff tie their hair. It’s a red flag

Every time I walk by I want to try it and finally decided to stop in. The ice cream was okay, but definitely not worth $10+ a person. maybe if it was better or more of an “experience”. the employees were really nice and friendly though.
