Taqueria Mi Tierra 1 Blg 2 - Athens

Tmt is one of my favorite places to eat in town. Food is fresh and delicious, restaurant is always clean! Every time I order for dine in or take out, I receive great customer service. Definitely recommend stoping by to order. If you're in a hurry definitely call ahead since they do get busy . Recommended dishes: Quesabirrias Cali Burrito!

Waited 35 minutes for 4 tacos while everyone else got their order ahead of us : asked for a refund and was given an “extra” taco with flies on it

We ordered a chile relleno and caldo de res for dinner. Although we noted that we were sitting down outside the restaurant, the relleno came (20 mins later, mind you) in a to go box. Understandably, we were not pleased. We asked the waiter for a plate but he misunderstood us and first arrived with a tiny plate. Eventually we got cutlery and a properly sized plate to transfer our rapidly cooling relleno. My caldo de res didn't come until 30 mins after we first ordered. Actually, no, it didn't. Apparently they had run out. Instead I got pozole. Not coming back here.

Okay I love this place.. great burritos great micheladas.. but I actually find it kind of funny that I just got this far into my burrito and hit my first shrimp.... I think in the history of meeting at taqueria that's the first time I've ever had a burrito that only had one shrimp in it lol

Tostada mixta was $7 and very fresh. Also got the tostada de ceviche which was $5 and that is a good price for the portion they give you
