BEWARE NO ONE WILL HELP YOU IF THEY DELIVER YOUR ORDER TO THE WRONG PERSON!!We placed an order on subway.com not knowing they use door dash. Door dash delivered our order to the wrong person AND now no one is responsible because we used subway to order not door dash so neither one will refund our money. Would it hurt either one to use customer service and just help?? The Subway person on the phone only wanted to argue LOUDLY
I ordered on the SUBWAY app for delivery, and I did not receive my entire order. So, I called the store to receive a refund. They were no help at all.First They said I didn 't order on the Subway app, so I explained that I did and I was looking at the order on my phone. They tried to say I ordered it on DoorDash app, and I kept explaining that I didn 't order through doordash. Then they were finally like ohh you did order through subway , but we have no access to it, so they told me to contact the app. So, I asked for a number to call. Another employee took the phone from the woman I was talking to and with a MAJOR ATTITUDE said You need to contact DoorDash we cant help you
I placed an oder online and after 3 hours still NO SUB. I called to get a refund who ever answered was extremely rude and disrespectful. I tried explaining why i wanted my refund and just got hunged up on. I had to call 6 times untill i got an answer and still got the rude and disrespectful person. If you are not going to have good customer service, if you do not like your job, if you are going to be that rude to customers FIIND ANOTHER JOB OR JUST BE JOBLESS. I did contact subway company about my experience and still have not reveived my refund. UNACCEPTABLE. Even tho it was only 25 dollars i should still get my money back if i did not receive anything. Will have to contact somewere else to get my refund.ZERO STARS ??
This is the worst Subway in Athens Ga due to the Rude, disrespectful) employee. Mainly the Manager. This store is in a prime location to make massive sales, however, no one wants to be serviced by a scowling, rude tirant. She wants to dictate how to fix your sandwich. Who wants a sandwich toaster with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomatoes ? Not I. That 's a soggy germ-filled mess waiting for me to be in the ER. I drove 4 more miles to Prince Avenue for a proper Subway sandwich. I will Never frequent the Jefferson Rd Subway again. This store is losing megabucks because of the staff. To the Owner...Employe more congenial people and make more MONEY . That is your goal I 'm sure? The Prince Avenue is making thousands per week. Did you ever wonder why? Scrutinize your present staffing. It would be to your financial advantage.
