Starbucks - Athens

I never get their coffee. I don't like it. But they have good food but it's to pricey.

Driving down the road ... I had to drop a gumpy ... I said Starbucks is where I can plop down and drop the cargo without fear of gaining a hitchhiker or a family of on my drawaz I get there and It is inside a grocery store .... so at this point, a grumpy was making its way out the door .... so Ingles it was ....AND come to find out ... no hitchhikers on my drawaz BUT also NO FRIGGIN SOAP OR PAPERTOWELS ..... Hello MEAT DEPARTMENT !!!

I don't go to Starbucks. I don't drink coffee. I sure don't agree with their beliefs and ideas. I don't support them at all.

Staff was friendly, but there was no discernible markings, signs or employees standing in front of registers to let you know which register was open or where a line started and since I was new, I was skipped over. That was disappointing but okay. I wanted something lite so I asked for a cake pop with my iced latte. I was told the cake pop was birthday cake, but to me, it tasted nothing like birthday cake, and the actual cake being a deep tan color was off setting. There was a young lady giving out free samples and she was very sweet and friendly. She wasn't pushy or over-the-top, which was refreshing.

I used to love this place but today I called to ask for a manager and they laughed at me and then the manager hung up after I complained the coffee was 90% milk, had to file a compliant with corporate.. nasty how they treat people.. If you want white coffee and an attitude go by ingles Starbucks! That have plenty to throw at you..
