Marco's Pizza - Athens

I ordered a pizza with EXTRA sausage, EXTRA bacon, and EXTRA cheese which obviously costs more, but was disappointed. The only extra on it was cheese. I thought I was eating an expensive Little Caesar?s pizza. Topping department serious lacking. Two whole pieces of sausage and a few pieces of bacon. I know ingredients are measured, but if this is extra, I?m done with Marcos.

Fast, friendly delivery to our local motel. We have had great experience with Marcos and always order pizza every time we stay in Athens.

Requested that pizza be delivered at 6 to a hotel in the area, forgot to ask for plates and napkins but no worries!! The delivery driver was above and beyond kind and courteous AND brought us plates, napkins, parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes! Great pizza to go with the great service.

1st I was born and raised South side of Chicago, I like pizza!! Some of these reviews... Oh my!!! I've never had Marco's, normally don't care for chain pizza. Ordered a complicated pizza one half sausage, one half black olives, full pepperoni and full extra cheese. 10 plain wings, 2 garlic, 1 blue cheese one ranch. Traveling thru, requested plates, forks, Parm and red peppers. Order was ALL CORRECT, early, hot fresh and crispy. Decent size wings with great flavor plain. I have indigestion issues, NOTHING bothered me (I didn't eat the sausage side) We will be staying here again and will NEVER HESITATE to order from Marcos!!

I'm a super busy mom of 5. Between work, the ball field and dance we eat on the go a lot. Marco's is a family favorite. We love this location!! The food is always delicious and the employees are super friendly. The manager, Eli, goes above and beyond!!
