Cicis Pizza - Athens

Assumed he is the manager “Tripp” was super friendly welcome. the decor was clean, eating was great for a buffet style taste. I'm new in this area will be back.

Had a disappointing experience at the CiCi's in Athens. I order a pizza online and the response (automatic, I suppose) said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the designated time and was told my pizza wasn't ready. I waited about 10 more minutes and was then told my pizza was in the oven! I complained saying I add ordered 25 minutes earlier and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. They told me that had a large order for a nearby church which was backing things up. Finally, about 35-40 minutes after I placed my online order, I got my pizza. When I got home, we discovered it the crust was still soft and almost underdone. We ate anyway. Hopefully today's experience was not typical. I may give them another chance at another time because this store is very close to where we're moving. I've eaten the buffet before and the pizzas have generally been good.

I had not been here in forever, I don't get my money's worth at buffets as I simply cannot eat that much. But I LOVE pizza! Pizza was good, I partook of the spinach and the pepperoni. No different than any of the chains. Salad was crisp and for the most part fresh. Seemed to be a good amount of choices, but I'm not a ranch, bbq, buffalo, all that jazz pizza gal. Desserts were too sugary; I tried the brownie and the apple pizza. It is ok for what it is.

Food is fair. It’s cheap pizza, so the price was very good. If you’re looking for a quick eat, this could be a choice to have since it’s buffet. There were a lot of table that needed to be cleaned off, so that limited us to where we could sit at.

It was busy the day I went but they staff work hard to keep up with pace. Good price for good pizza. It's not best pizza but the staff is great there.
