If you are vegan and need some essentials, then the Green Store is a good option. Centrally located it offers most of the basics you would need (veggie milks, cereals, breads, treats, soaps, etc If you are vegetarian or non, then the options exponentially increase. However, this place saved me until I could find my way around town. So, definitely nice to have places like this scattered around any city. I recommend supporting Green Store if you have a chance. Great for the simple things. They also have many superfood powders and spices. Something coconut yogurt that was amazing.
Excellent shop that takes up a variety of nutritional restrictions/preferences, such as those in my household, namely: gluten-free and vegan. Many flours, breast milk, snacks, baked products, laundry/cleaning supplies, as well as fresh products, teas, coffee and more that I cannot remember now.
Small shop with a beautiful selection of products, including home products, sweet and salty snacks, packed grains and pasta, fresh products (many of them packed), Frys frozen products and more.
