Second time visiting this place was again a disappointment Opted for pizza have to say it was worse one I’ve ever had Base was barely cooked, toppings nearly un noticeable and undercooked Definitely overpriced Would recommend steering well clear of here for food Sad really as it could be so much better.

It's clear, approaching the door, thst COVID restrictions are in place. Sign showing where to clean hands on entry and you are encouraged to wear a mask. All the staff wearing masks or visors. I ordered a sub and a cofee. Friendly staff, quick service at Supersubs. The place is very clean, plenty of staff cleaning and also helpful to show where you can leave your tray afterwards, some will offer to take it from you. Some seats are blocked for COVID restrictions but there are plenty avaible outside (some heated! and upstsirs. Bathroom is clean. A nice pitstop to get refreshed beford you head on to get through Galway city traffic. Not everyone in these times, staff and customers are in great form but the staff here do a great job in what can sometimes be fairly trying circumstances.

I stopped off for a quick sandwich on my way to Galway, and ordered at the Supermacs Subway deli counter. The girl who served me was very rude and didn't listen to my sandwich preferences. She started toasting it before I had finished ordering, and when I tried to tell her I wasn't done, she ignored me. To make matters worse, she was wearing her mask under her chin, not covering her face at all. It was clear she didn't care about customer safety. When I asked her to wear her mask properly, she continued to ignore me. I couldn't find a manager to speak to about the situation, and I found the whole experience disgraceful, especially during the current pandemic. This happened today at 5:20pm on 10/07/2020. I would not visit this restaurant again.

Well I re visited the Galway plaza to see did they get there act together I ordered a milk shake and as usual the server said the machine was broke AGAIN.

Bewley’s coffee Good. Did not have breakfast looked disappointing. Good staff parking. Walked my dog on lead
