Excellent discovery for our first starred restaurant. We enjoyed everything. Special mention to the rack of lamb and the beef tartare with beetroot. An exceptional culinary experience! The quality of the food was simply remarkable, each dish was a real treat with flavors, textures and temperatures perfectly mastered. I was pleasantly surprised on several occasions by the creativity and originality of the dishes. Additionally, I was impressed by the room crew, whose professionalism and attention to detail greatly contributed to making our experience memorable.
