Panda Express - Atascadero

I stopped here to get a quick meal. not only was the food the worst i have ever tasted, it was not even fit for carbon based consumption. the chow mein was like eating dried grass and the chicken was only good to be used for shoe leather. the food was so bad i did not finish the meal. i thought the dog would eat it as he tends to eat most things, however, even he would not eat this garbage. the food was terrible and the service employees were just as bad very curt and totally unprofessional. the food display was both hard on the eyes and the food was sparingly displayed and also the food was not rotated properly as the dried leftovers and was mixed with the new food that was placed in the receptacle and the food display area was covered with food splatter. the trash cans were overflowing, i have seen better in third world countries, albeit we are rapidly approaching that status, if we are not already there. i will never again will i utilize this facility for any food consumption. they even had the audacity to suggest that i leave a tip. my tip is prepare adequate food and get some manners. this place is not even deserving a 1/8 of a star. complete failure from my prospective.Col Robert D. Food is no test. I never eat like this test less panda food ever, Quality and quantity both worse. Food quality also they give only about 65% little more then half any other panda I eat. I really don’t recommend anyone to go this Panda Express.

Can confirm this is indeed the worst Panda in SLO County (the ones in SLO aren't great, either, so that's saying something). Should have read the reviews before going in, lesson learned. It was 12:30pm and there was not a single fresh item to be had, the employees all looked as miserable as the food did. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have (and should have) turned around and walked out. DON'T DO IT!
