Bidra med feedbackGreat food and good service. It's hard to get a table on Saturday night. I'm going to the mixed grill plate. The chicken-shawarma is great as well as the lamb kebab. The grilled chicken is very delicate and juicy. THe price is fair for the quality and the portions you receive. The place is very small, but with only six tables. They will be amazed at the great effort that it is done in preparation and cooking of food in such a tight kitchen (of which everything is done before you). You have a touch screen menu in the front if you want to order everything to go. It makes it very convenient for those who do not want to sit or in a hurry.
The interior is a little too small for immersion, they have an outer space that is somewhat larger. Your chicken Shawarma is probably the best shawarma I had in NYC. I feel like the staff rushes you out of the restaurant, but hey it's whatever, the food is absolutely delicious and that's what counts. I'd definitely go back, in fact I've gone several times. Very recommended. PS it takes a long time to make the food so order before the time or when you go in with a lot of time.
I went to Zayara for a while and I can't believe I didn't write a review for her. I love, love, love her falafel supreme sandwich. The best Falafel sandwich in New York. Yeah, it's not my best falafel of my life, that was in Riad, but if you're looking for the best in New York, you can't beat Zyara. They also do good Shawarma sandwiches and plates. However, I must emphasize that when you sit for lunch or dinner, the presentation of the posters improves the taste 10 fold compared to a pickup from them.
One of the best food for the money restaurants I had throughout NYC. We ordered three different plates each with 2 pages. Every time they tasted amazingly. Fresh Pita bread is served with food. We tried Lamb adana, Lambkafta and Shima, all were very good. Would recommend everyone.
Really great restaurant. Clean and wonderful decor. Love their new outdoor setup in the back. Tried their food after a while and was so pleasantly surprised that their high standard of presentation and food quality has gotten even better. Most restaurants start cutting corners but not them. 5/5. True dedication to the restaurant by the owner. Every time I have gone he has been there himself!
