La Rocca - ASSISI

Family Restaurant can only describe this establishment! The spaghetti carbonara was the best I have ever eaten. In United States it is made with heavy cream here they do not use cream at all and it is so light and of course fresh tasting with homemade pasta. The owner came over to the table several times to make sure that everything was perfect it was beautiful for my first night in Italy. It is not fancy but that is not what you are here for you were here for good food at least I am

Excellent food, service and setting. Sunset on the terrace overlooking the village was superb. Saved the last night in Assisi for a special dinner and wasn’t disappointed.

Tourist restaurant in a hotel. The food was very tasty and authentic. Terrace seating is available. Good value.
