We ate very well, the staff is very friendly and competent. The dishes are quite sought after with high quality raw materials. The flavors are well balanced and the wine list is varied and selected. The prices are moderate, 2 adults and 2 children we spent just over 100 euros. Well done.

Kindness, quality and excellent food. Organic buffalo on pappa al pomodoro and shrimps on exceptional potato and artichoke fondue, absolutely remarkable is also the Sbriciolona with duck eggs. Cosy place, about 30 seats, furnished with care and fineness, very clean, with a really pleasant light and atmosphere. The dishes speak for themselves, I ate very well, I sought Umbria flavors and I found them. The price quality is affordable. Very good owners and employees, really well done, it was a great discovery.

The restaurant is a bit hidden from the view, at the end of a alley. It is also very small, although in summer with the outdoor tables the capacity is almost doubled. Go to the menu, there are relatively few dishes, but they are the result of certain combinations and definitely try. Try the fake Norcia Tuna, the shaft with shrimp and pumpkin cream and the Catalan tiramisu. What can I say? Everything super and super presented. Political and perfect service. Recommended!
