Agriturismo Longetti - ASSISI

Farm owners cook dinner for you in their house and serve in their large dining room. First night there we were sharing the place with the granddaughter's first birthday party. It was just like the Italian movies, only it was not a movie. They have a simple menu: salad, beans, and a pork chop or a steak. I believe dessert is sweet wine with biscotti. Bread. Wth olive oil they produce. Unmatched meal. We were in Italy 16 days, and these 2 meals were 1000% better than any others. The quality of the pork (raised there) and the steak (raised by their friends) were just not anything I had ever met before. I found ads for Agriturismo Longetti all over the internet, but could not find one review anywhere. I emailed and no response. I finally picked up the phone and called, and made a reservation to stay there, and when I arrived, they were expecting me. I was really scared because of no reviews at all, not in Italian or English anywhere, but I am thrilled to be able finally to post this review on TA. It was really fun.
