Bliser Gaards Gourmet is located in the former garden of the old merchant in Assens. A lovely old building built in 1860 by grocery Frederik Plum. The weather was appeared from its best side, so there was drinks on the terrace before we went into to eat. The farm consisted of hot salmon on salad bottom with small delicious bread for. The main dish was pork in sauce, (so deals and delicious that they could be chewed with eyebrows), with new potatoes, salad, bread etc. The Dessert was chocolate cake with ice cream....and just a small coffee for. We got a great and friendly service that took into lactose allergy. Thank you for the review. Try to know if it could be here your way could lead you. We will certainly come again.
