Year later and back on Lesvos. We could not miss The Red Beach in Tsonia and that nice restaurant. And again, very good food and stunning views. We spent pretty nice day here. Highly recommendet : Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €20–25 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Det blau hav is a small fine tavern at the water 's edge on Tsonia beach. Here you get good treatment. The tavern is (like most) a bit makeshift, but the atmosphere is top notch. We visited the place in September and there were few people on the beach. However, the hosts were very friendly and we received the finest service. When you take sunbeds on the beach, it is free if you buy something in the tavern. We ordered Greek salad, tzatziki, French fries (they were homemade by the way) and grilled sardines. We also got ouzo. The food was excellent and there was plenty. We would love to come here again! The 4 stars are because the beach could well have been cleaner and because the trip here is a bit long. But we are very close to 5 stars. Parking: There is parking (really good conditions) in the center of town and you can walk along the beach there.
