How do you screw something like this up all the time??? This time we were missing food items again, and the spicy chicken sandwich was very dry! I guess we will wait another year to see if management can change things!

It's been 10 years since I visited a KFC, they cut my father to his order. Today I thought it might be different, KFC gave the advantage of doubt that I was not short on my order. For a long time I order 12 pieces of chicken only gotten 8. And they forgot my cookies I ordered. I never go back to a KFC. This restaurant needs a better customer service. Corporate must do something about it.

Sent to KFC by 1pm 3 October 2021 and the interior was used as a nursery. At least two children were inside. There were no signs of adults and no one who took orders or on the drive through windows.
