Pizza Hut - Ashtabula

Brianna was great. a new hired, but the best made sure that order was right and withy food allergies made sure that I was safe and keep the great work

Order online at ashtabula location. the delivery was given at the time indicated. eating was delicious and hot. dessert was even warm when we got there.

The store manager made two comments on my girlfriends body during her interview today. Absolutely apauling and disgusting. Corporate call will be made.

First and last time I ever order from this pizza hut..Estimated delivery was 25 to 35 minutes an hour later my text notification said it was being delivered It should of only took 9 minutes from this point after 30 minutes I called and asked whats going on they said they called the driver and he should be there in 4 minutes... after another 10 minutes passed which was about 1 hour and 40 minutes from placing the order they said they couldn't locate the driver while on the phone the manager said we can just cancel this order then magiclaly the driver shows up with cold disgusting food. While still on the phone. The manager than tells the driver just leave the food with him we do over 5 k in sales a day its okay if we lose his business. After waiting over 90 minutes for my food which was estimated at 25 to 35 min the manager says we can afford to lose him as a customer .. Instead of fixing the problem. This should tell you everything you need to know about the incompetence of this pizza hut.

Tried calling to place an order and some foreign person answered who didn't know English very well, couldn't understand what she was saying back to me when I tried to place my order so I asked for an English speaking manager and she hung up on me. Decided to give it another go and call them back and the manager picked up and I told her that I would like to place my order with her or someone else who is more fluent in English since the last person I talked to tried to take my order wasn't speaking proper English and then she hung up on me as well.The staff here are toxic and have no regards for their customers.
