Bidra med feedbackThe food was fantastic. Jamie, our server was excellent. Recommended a great wine. We enjoyed the evening very much. Just think the atmosphere could be updated.
Just a pleasant culinary experience. It was more than a few years since we had visited, and the takeover of the place made this a must-have. Our waitress Nicole was excellent and Alexis was a gracious host. The food was not disappointed as usual. We'll be back sooner.
The shrimp and scallop pasta was very good. They were out of lake Erie perch.
The meals were excellent, and the atmosphere was very enjoyable. There are many specialties to choose from and a diverse menu. I can't wait to return and experience more of the flavors!
If you find yourself in Ashtabula, make sure to dine here! This cozy, unpretentious restaurant captures the charm of a small-town eatery. Although the dining area is intimate, every table was filled, which is always a promising indication. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding! I enjoyed the salmon, while my husband opted for the haddock smothered in lobster bisque. We also shared cups of clam chowder and fish chowder, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. We will surely return to Hil-Mak!
